Snowfall on the High Prairie
Usually when we are blessed with snow it comes at us sideways embraced by a frigid 40 mph wind. This morning was an exception so i decided to take some pictures of the unusual event!!!
Here is our outlaw gang of equines. Yes, the smallest is the ringleader. Nothing goes down without her say so. She is the Queen of the Silver Dollar....
The youngin of the gang~ Miss Gracie Bandito....
The resident DRAMA QUEEN, Glory, you know every group has gotta have one...
Now if i weren't sure i was stuck on the prairie i would think these next two creatures were mutant Meercats. But alas, the two stinkers are our little Nigerian Dwarf bucks-Kisses and Dodger...
Here they are singing a duet of Dont Fence Me In...
If Dodger could talk i picture him sounding like like Billy Crystal....helloooooo???
Yes we have many more goats than that but goats arent real fond of inclement weather. They just sit inside and eat...in my next life i want to be a goat. They beg me to move somewhere with friendlier weather daily...Do you see the desperation in Milo's eyes?
Now the Labs love the snow...with Valentines Day in the near future i even captured a little "puppy love" between Clancy and Daisy!!!
