Here We Go!

Well here it is...my first blog entry! I dunno quite what i am doing here so you'll have to be patient while i figure it out!!

It seems Spring will never come to Colorado. Last night we got about 6 inches of wind driven snow. The one thing that seems to be a constant is the wind. It is relentless...sometimes its a cold bitter North Wind and sometimes a hot dry South Wind. But there is always the wind...The truth is i hate the wind! There is just nothing soothing or comforting about the wind...why the other day i saw one of Rileys hens blow past the window! (The hen is okay by the way!!!) This is a typical day on the prairie...

I got dogs bouncing off the walls this morning as its too cold for them to play outside. The two yellow Labs are the wildest...Daisy is 14 months and little Clancy is only 4 months. Labs shed more than any breed i have ever known and with every wrestling move i think about 5 lbs of hair falls on the floor. Aaaahhhh...my never ending love affair with the vacuum!

Hi Jenn,
I'm bog hopping around and always manage to come your way! Our Buster is a yellow lab and he sheds alot too so much that we had to buy another vacumn sweeper, would love to get him a little friend but the thought of more hair stops me:)
